• Regular Member

Tertiary level faculty member (full time, part time, or retired) faculty member in home economics (similar nomenclature: human ecology, family and consumer science, home science, home technology) and related fields in any state college or university in the country

>> Regular members may apply for Lifetime Membership after having served as regular member for at least 1 year

>> Regular members have the benefit of attending seminars and webinars with special rates for members. They are also entitled to submit papers for possible publication in the PATHESCU Journal.

• Associate Member

Professional lecturers in any of the sub-disciplines of HE and related fields (e.g. industrial technology, entrepreneurship, food technology, clothing technology, family life and child development, nutrition, nursing, hotel, restaurant, and institution administration/management, agriculture, ICT to name a few)

DepEd teachers teaching TLE/HELE/Practical Arts/HE/ Family and Consumer Science

Graduate students

>>Associate members may apply as Regular members after 1 year of membership

• Junior Member

Undergraduate students of any HE program in a state college or university

• Lifetime Member

Members who have served for at least 1 year as a regular member may apply for lifetime membership.

>> Lifetime members do not need to pay membership fee every year; they will only be paying the annual due.

• Institutional Member

A local or foreign institution or state college or university offering undergraduate and/or graduate programs in HE and related fields. The institution shall be represented by the head or an appointed representative.

The benefits of institutional members include being member-at-large of organizations where PATHESCU is also a member. For example, PATHESCU is an institutional member of the Asian Regional Association for Home Economics (ARAHE); as such, a PATHESCU member is also an ARAHE institutional member and may participate in ARAHE activities.
